Hi! I'm Jeff Lin, an interactive designer based in New York City. I am currently a Product Designer at Goldman Sachs. My passions and inspirations derive from a wide range of subjects both inside and outside of the creative industry. Previously, I have worked at Huemen Design / Harman International, Marvel Entertainment, Smart Vision Labs, The Daily (News Corporation), Converseon, and Thumbplay (Acquired by iHeartMedia).

  • Lead the UI/UX thought process for projects and new business initiatives under the marketing services team of Huemen Design Agency
  • Collaborated with leadership and the UI/UX team to develop and evolve the interactive design process while executing large scale projects, incorporating stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, user testing, wireframing, and visual design

  • Worked closely with the product manager and development team to redesign the Marvel Unlimited web and mobile readers; overhauled the design of an outdated internal comics authoring tool

  • Designed holistic branding assets across web, mobile, and social properties for clients including 3M, Applegate Farms, Pemmican, ING NYC Marathon, Attain Fertility, and Walmart
  • Led the creative refresh of Applegate Farms’ digital properties while integrating brand vision and philosophy
  • Designed and developed campaign-specific paid media banners for multiple brands within the 3M conglomerate using creative assets supplied by their respective creative teams. Brands include: ScotchBlue, Tough Duct Tape, Ace, Scotch-Brite, and Post-it

  • Designed the interface of the first on-demand streaming music applications across all major mobile operating systems, including Android, iPhone, and BlackBerry; also designed web and desktop applications
  • Designed and supported web, mobile web, and email marketing campaigns, including the development of dynamic Flash Modules used in conjunction with Google’s Display Network, which led to the acquisition of thousands of daily subscribers to Thumbplay’s ringtone service
